If you are experiencing problems logging in with the password that was emailed to you, please try the following:- Passwords are case-sensitive. Make certain you are typing in your password exactly as it appears.
- If you still cannot log in, try highlighting the password, then copy and paste it into the password field. Make certain not to highlight and copy any spaces - the password is only six characters long.
If you are experiencing general log-in problems you may want to reset your password. You will receive an email with a new password. If you are unable to log in with the new password, please report your problem at the helpdesk, or call 888-872-2746 and select option 8. Please remember that we encrypt all passwords in our system. Therefore, we cannot see your password, nor can we give your existing password to you via email or phone. We will not ask you for your password.
